English is the predominant language of instruction for Bachelor’s and Master’s programs in Hungarian universities. These institutions offer a diverse array of programs encompassing Business & Economics, Natural Sciences, Medical & Health Sciences, Human & Social Sciences, Arts, and Engineering. Hungary is notably renowned for its excellence in science-related studies, with particular emphasis on fields such as medicine, dentistry, and veterinary medicine.

In Hungary, students can be employed during studies with a residence permit for study purposes and work 30 hours a week during your study period, or 90 days or 66 working days outside your study period.

Student life in Hungary is affordable. Considering accommodation, food, transport and other things, you can get by on less than 600 euros per month in Budapest (the capital), and on less than 500 euros per month in the smaller cities.

Upon completing their studies in Hungary, international students are eligible for 9months post study work permit. This allows plenty of time to find a job or start a business.
